Strategy Communications Contractor

Supporting the operational processes and digital system capabilities, the full-time Strategy Communications Contractor will manage the implementation of the Integrated Medical Communication Plan (IMCP) and Scientific Communication Platform (SCP) while coordinating cross-functional stakeholder engagement remotely for a temporary duration of 8 months.
Key responsibilities

Support the implementation and operational alignment of the IMCP and SCP across Global Medical Affairs
Own the operational design and management of the Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP) process, including governance and stakeholder training
Partner with IT and vendors to define and implement system capabilities that enhance digital enablement for SCP, IMCP, and IEP

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in drug development or business management
6+ years of experience in life sciences or project management supporting research needs
Proven track record in program management with matrixed teams in health or life sciences
Experience in leading or managing complex processes across cross-functional stakeholders
Formal training or certification in project management methodologies (PMP, Six Sigma, Agile) preferred
