Key responsibilities
Write diverse content including customer stories, product launches, and event materials across multiple social media platforms
Script social-first videos and collaborate with the in-house creator team to enhance engagement
Manage recurring programs end-to-end and support launches with planning and live-posting content
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience writing social or marketing copy, preferably in B2B technology
A portfolio showcasing customer story copy, product launch copy, and social-first video posts
Strong editorial instincts with the ability to evaluate and provide feedback on content quality
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or custom GPTs
Familiarity with social analytics and platform-native content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads
