Responsibilities Include:Act as the primary point of contact with DM Fulfillment clients post contract, responsible for Order Management, Logistics coordination, and Customer ServicesMaintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accountsResolves customer issues, researches, and makes recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase salesAssist in the preparation of sales forecasts, quotes, or negotiationsFacilitate communication between client and internal departmentsEstablish the order flow process for inbound replenishments and outbound customer shipments utilizing as much system integration as possible to avoid manual deferred ordersEnsure proper Freight Carrier route for inbound customer ordersCollaborate with the assigned Client Program Manager (as applicable) to sell and price additional services and execute on special projectsCoordinate outbound transportation requirements and, when needed, investigate delivery issues, and implement corrective actions for continued issuesAct as a liaison between clients and our Distribution Operations groupBe willing to spend time at Distribution Centers as needed; some travel may be requiredEnsure Weekly / Monthly client invoicing is processed based on negotiated Billing Events & RatesWork with credit department to ensure account receivables are accurate and on timeAbout Distribution Management:Headquartered in the Missouri Research Park in St. Charles, MO, Distribution Management is a national technology, fulfillment and distribution provider specializing in automated order handling, managed supply services, wholesale services and ecommerce fulfillment.
