About the position
You will lead and drive SSAB’s premium and fossil free Tubular growth in Europe in close cooperation with both technical support functions, production and other internal stakeholders. You will have access to an extensive hollow section and precision tubes product portfolio that can support a diverse project and customer base. You will become part of a dedicated and engaged team that works closely together to drive sales growth. In this role, you will participate in regular international meetings and collaborate cross‑functionally, working closely with the Area Sales Managers and Inside Sales in your region. You will play a key role as the first point of contact for our customers and actively support our focus on advanced steel applications. Our aim is to deliver the highest level of service to our customers, and we are therefore looking for someone who has a strong strategic mindset, is proactive, and thrives as a team player.
Main Responsibilities
Driving the Fossil Free Leadership for Tubes in Europe
Representing SSAB Europe as the first point of contact for our customers in the region Europe (focus on central and eastern Europe)
Achieve regional revenue and profitability targets and create conditions for sustainable sales growth
Expand the customer base, nurture existing accounts, and prioritize opportunities aligned with SSE Strategy
Plan sales activities; prepare presentations, reports, quotes and contract negotiations. Budgeting and preparation of offers.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights proactively.
Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Technical Development Managers, Marketing, Product Support and other internal stakeholders.
About you
Proven experience in sales, preferably with Tubular products. Preferably you have at least 5 years’ experience in sales of precision tubes and/or hollow sections (incl. automotive application) within Germany / Europe.
Experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and you learn new systems fast.
You are motivated with a positive mindset, and see opportunities.
You are very service‑minded and communicative, and not afraid to call any customer or answer the phone.

A good, professional level of German and English is required.
