Regional Sales Manager

Your Mission This is a field sales role , focused on developing and managing installer partnerships in your region.
You will:
Develop and expand SolaX’s installer network within your assigned territory
Drive project opportunities from first contact to deal closing
Conduct on-site visits, product presentations and small training sessions
Build long-term relationships with installers to increase brand penetration and loyalty
Support regional events such as roadshows, installer days and trade fairs
Collect market and competitor insights and report to local & HQ teams
Take ownership of regional sales targets and KPI achievement
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of installer-facing sales experience (PV / ESS / inverter industry preferred)
Strong field-sales mindset and willingness to travel frequently
Good understanding of PV / energy storage product logic
Ability to independently develop and grow a regional market
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
