Position Overview:

Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage candidates for high‑volume and field‑based roles across multiple markets
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent, with an emphasis on skilled trades, technical, and entry‑to‑mid level positions
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Indeed job boards, referrals, networking, community outreach, and local market research
Partner closely with the Recruit team to understand hiring needs across different functions and regions
Manage and administer the company’s internal employee referral program to drive candidate engagement and quality hires
Support partnerships with trade schools, technical programs, and community organizations to create consistent candidate pipelines
Attend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives to attract top talent
Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and recruiting progress
Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to new and emerging markets, hard‑to‑fill and high‑volume roles
Conduct initial outreach and candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
Track candidate activity and pipeline health within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or CRM
Stay informed on industry trends, labor market insights, and competitor hiring activity
Support diversity recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring practices throughout the talent acquisition process
Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing process
Contribute to the overall Group Scorecard and KPI’s to drive department success
Uphold ADB’s safety culture, lead by example and drive the philosophy of ZERO company‑wide
Engage in ADB’s culture pillars and encourage participation and buy‑in in all pillars: Community, Wellness, Development, Inclusion
Highly interdependent with other functional teams and operational groups ensuring strong relationships and collaboration to achieve overall business goals
Perform other position duties when requested

Work Environment
Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
This position operates out of a temperature‑controlled office environment
This position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.
Experience and Education
2–5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in high‑volume or field‑based environments
Strong proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/ATS systems)
Previous experience within a construction environment strongly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
The position pays up to $72,000.00 and may vary based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
