Full Time

Role Overview

If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.

TXG is seeking a senior-level Head of Client Services to lead executive client relationships across key agency accounts. This role serves as the strategic partner, escalation point, internal client, and quality control lead across experiential programs and integrated campaigns, ensuring that all work delivered by the agency reflects the highest level of creative excellence, operational rigor, and client partnership.

This is not a day-to-day account management role. Instead, this individual is a relationship-first leader and acts as a senior advisor to both clients and internal teams, providing oversight across accounts, guiding strategic direction, supporting business growth, and maintaining alignment between client objectives and agency execution.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience within experiential marketing and brand experience agencies, with a strong understanding of how client services, production, creative, and strategy interact to deliver impactful work. They are highly trusted by clients, calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and capable of navigating complex (internal and external) stakeholder relationships while elevating the overall standard of work across the agency.
