This role will support a portfolio of brands under Turning Stone Resort Casino and Turning Stone Enterprises. As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Brand Strategy Managers in developing and maintaining brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications. The brand manager collaborates across the organization, leading agencies and teams to execute marketing campaigns that support business goals and objectives.

The Brand Manager will have the opportunity to lead marketing and brand initiatives for their designated brand portfolio while also assisting and supporting larger brand and marketing projects under the direction of the Brand Strategy Manager and Director of Enterprise Marketing. What does a Brand Manager do?

Working with the Brand Strategy Manager, develop and execute marketing strategies for new and existing brands to grow target market share, increase sales revenue, attract new guests, increase guest retention, and enhance upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.

Plan and manage advertising and media executions on all paid and owned channels including but not limited to mainstream, digital and social streams.

Work collaboratively with a team of marketing professionals to execute campaign tactics including promotional programs, digital communications, CRM and sales support.

Actively support marketing campaign management over the guest lifecycle from inception, to launch, to evaluation of results and future opportunity ideation alongside Brand Strategy Manager.

Own and serve as the point person on all governance of brand marketing priorities for a select group of business lines including on‑property owned assets, website assets, email content priorities, entertainment needs, partnership communications, corporate initiatives and general communication.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team including Marketing Coordinators.

Work Experience
To be successful as a Brand Manager, you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

Successful candidates typically have four or more years’ experience with increasing brand responsibility which include advertising, brand strategy, marketing, project management, preferably in the hospitality industry, and including various product lines, a high volume of sales and budgeted marketing dollars.

Excellent communication skills, project management efficacy – highly organized, results oriented, and able to take initiative and lead projects.

Ability to work independently and as a team; ability to manage multiple projects and staff, including freelancers and vendors.

General computer application proficiency (spreadsheets, word processing).

Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 11 - 20 pounds.
