This role will support a portfolio of brands under Turning Stone Resort Casino and Turning Stone Enterprises. As the Brand Manager, you will work with Brand Strategy Managers to develop and maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications. The Brand Manager collaborates across the organization and leads agencies and teams to execute marketing campaigns that support business goals and objectives.
The Brand Manager will lead marketing and brand initiatives for their designated brand portfolio while also assisting and supporting larger brand and marketing projects under the direction of the Brand Strategy Manager and Director of Enterprise Marketing. What does a Brand Manager do?
Working with the Brand Strategy Manager, develop and execute marketing strategies for new and existing brands to grow target market share, increase sales revenue, attract new guests, increase guest retention, and enhance upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
Plan and manage advertising and media executions on all paid and owned channels, including mainstream, digital and social streams.
Work collaboratively with a team of marketing professionals to execute campaign tactics such as promotional programs, digital communications, CRM and sales support.
Support marketing campaign management over the guest lifecycle from inception to launch to evaluation of results and future opportunity ideation alongside the Brand Strategy Manager.
Serve as the point person on all governance of brand marketing priorities for a select group of business lines, including on‑property owned assets, website assets, email content priorities, entertainment needs, partnership communications, corporate initiatives and general communication.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team, including Marketing Coordinators.

Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Four or more years of increasing brand responsibility, including advertising, brand strategy, marketing, project management, preferably in the hospitality industry with high‑volume sales and budgeted marketing dollars.
Excellent communication skills and strong project‑management efficacy—highly organized, results oriented and able to take initiative and lead projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; manage multiple projects and staff, including freelancers and vendors.
General computer application proficiency (spreadsheets, word processing).
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 11–20 pounds.
