Overview
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality design projects across various platforms, mentoring junior designers/interns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand representation. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design, exceptional leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of industry trends.
What You'll Be Doing
May include, but not limited to:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines to deliver impactful designs that align with business goals.
Conceptualize visually stunning designs for a range of marketing materials, including creating logos and establishing brand standards.
Create digital assets, mood boards, print collateral, presentations, and more.
Ensure consistency and brand adherence across all design deliverables.
Stay updated with emerging design trends, techniques, and tools to continually elevate the quality and creativity of design work.
Lead and mentor junior graphic designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to elevate their skills and performance.
What You Need For This Position
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Extensive experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
