Community Relations Coordinator (Director's Office Coordinator)

This incumbent provides primary administrative and executive support to the Director of the Delaware Public Archives. Duties include coordinating internal and external communications; preparing and formatting correspondence, reports, and policy materials; organizing meetings, events, and public programs; supporting staff coordination; assisting with agency initiatives; maintaining partner relationships; and overseeing select outreach and public information activities.
