Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Managing Director. The role involves managing regional operations, fostering relationships with investors and business owners, overseeing business valuations, and executing effective marketing strategies. The Regional Managing Director will also provide advisory services to clients, handle pre-qualification of buyers, maintain client confidentiality, and ensure professionally prepared marketing materials for business transactions. Active engagement with networking organizations and tracking market trends are key components of this role.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in business development and relationship management with investors and clients
Expertise in financial analysis, business valuation, and investment strategies
Strong organizational and operational management abilities
Proven experience in marketing strategies, including creating professional materials and campaigns
Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage a regional team
Knowledge of business transfer processes and confidentiality protocols
Familiarity with the legal and financial aspects of business brokerage is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
Experience in the business advisory or brokerage sector is highly desirable
