Requirements:
10+ years of experience in application development/architecture
Strong expertise in .NET Core, React, Python, and microservices
Experience with legacy modernization and E2E transformation programs
Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude/Copilot)
Strong communication skills; ability to work onsite with client (AMAT)

Responsibilities:
Lead application enhancements and rewrites across 24 apps
Modernize .NET (MVC to .NET Core), React, and Python applications
Drive microservices architecture adoption
Leverage Claude (AI-assisted coding) to improve development productivity
Provide hands-on technical leadership and collaborate with onsite stakeholders
