We're looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Manager to help lead the next evolution of Boulder Jeep. This is not your average dealership opportunity. We're building a true lifestyle-driven Jeep-only store focused on adventure, community, off-road culture, and delivering an elite customer experience in one of the most unique automotive markets in the country.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate a sales team, drive performance, desk deals, coach process, and create an atmosphere customers actually enjoy being part of. We need someone who understands modern automotive retail, embraces digital and AI-driven marketing, and knows how to build culture while still holding the team accountable to results.

What You'll Do:
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
Desk deals and maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
Drive lead management, appointment set/show ratios, and closing percentages
Work side-by-side with the team on the floor and online opportunities
Help build a Boulder-focused Jeep brand centered around lifestyle and adventure
Collaborate with marketing on creative campaigns and community engagement
Maintain strong CRM discipline and follow-up processes
What We're Looking For:
Automotive sales management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High level of accountability and energy
Passion for Jeep culture, the outdoors, and customer experience
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Experience with CRM systems and digital retailing tools is a plus
Job Requirements
Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
Superior customer interaction skills
Excellent negotiation abilities
Assertive personality and strong drive for success
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Compensation and Rewards include
Wage Range - $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 Base Plus Commission/monthly
