Position Overview
The Market Director is an advanced sales leadership role responsible for leading a capital sales team to disrupt the dialysis market while selling our MedTech solution, Tablo. Responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans across all major dialysis markets—acute, chronic, and home— and achieving financial targets. The Market Director must inspire change, maintain tenacity, and guide teams to strategic discovery, executive engagement, and solution selling at all levels of healthcare organizations.

Essential Responsibilities

Hit or exceed annual sales and revenue capital quota within assigned territory and accounts

Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in acute, chronic, and home market segments

Build a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders to promote rapid adoption of Tablo

Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

Analyze category‑specific landscapes and trends and communicate insights to key stakeholders

Recruit, lead, develop, and mentor direct reports, driving high performance and talent development

Lead a strong team in developing and managing the market strategy for short‑ and long‑term business growth

Maintain an unwavering ethical business attitude

Build clinical, financial, technical, and administrative sponsorship through expert industry knowledge and strategic discovery

Make the economic case for Tablo through a robust ROI analysis

Required Qualifications

Exceptional leadership skills with deep business acumen

Proven sales executive experience meeting or exceeding targets

Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executives and C‑level

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

Expertise positioning products against competitors

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience following a defined and complex sales process with an average sales cycle of 6‑9 months

Experience selling Software Analytics and EMR integration

Minimum five years of sales leadership experience in healthcare capital selling, meeting and exceeding budget

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%)

Desired Qualifications

10 years of sales leadership experience in healthcare capital selling, meeting and exceeding budget

Salary Range
National Salary Range (Remote): $150,000 – $150,000 USD per annum.
