Territory Sales Specialist – Medical Device Sales
Houston, TX | Field-Based

We are hiring a Territory Sales Specialist to support and grow our medical device business across Texas , with a primary focus on Houston . Approximately 75% field-based travel

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers, primarily within ASCs

Execute sales calls, product demonstrations, and in-service trainings

Drive product adoption and revenue growth within the assigned territory

Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts

Manage territory planning, scheduling, and follow-up independently

Share market insights, ideas, and customer feedback with internal teams

Represent the company with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm

Qualifications

1–3 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience

Experience selling outside of the operating room preferred

ASC sales experience strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
