Position Summary:
The Head of Digital Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Center is responsible for leading the overall strategy, operations, and business performance of all North America direct-to-consumer channels, including offline retail stores and online E-commerce operations across Amazon, , and TikTok Shop.

This role will oversee cross-functional retail and digital commerce operations to drive sales growth, enhance consumer experience, strengthen brand presence, and support the company’s North America expansion strategy. The position requires strong business acumen, omnichannel leadership capability, and hands-on operational management experience within the U.S. retail and digital commerce market.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall business operations and performance management of North America DTC channels, including retail stores, Amazon, , and TikTok Shop.
Develop and execute DTC growth strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and brand expansion across online and offline channels.
Oversee retail operations, store productivity, customer experience, and operational excellence for all direct retail locations.
Manage E-commerce operations including digital sales performance, platform operations, traffic growth, campaign execution, and marketplace management.
Partner closely with merchandising, marketing, supply chain, finance, and HR teams to support integrated business planning and execution.
Drive omnichannel integration and improve consumer journey consistency across retail and digital touchpoints.
Establish KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and operational processes to improve business efficiency and decision-making.
Build and lead a high-performing DTC organization, including talent development, team structure optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
10+ years of experience in retail, E-commerce, or omnichannel business management.
Proven leadership experience managing both offline retail and online commerce operations in the U.S. market.
Strong understanding of Amazon, DTC E-commerce, social commerce, and retail operations.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and scaling consumer-facing businesses.
Strong analytical, operational, and strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-cultural environment.

Preferred Background:
Sportswear, fashion, footwear, or consumer retail industry experience preferred.
Experience in fast-growing international or global brands entering the U.S. market is highly preferred. xsgimln
