Black Label Built is hiring a Sales Consultant – Outdoor Living to meet with homeowners and guide them through outdoor construction and renovation projects. This role focuses on in‑home consultations, relationship building, and guiding clients through the decision‑making process.

You will work closely with estimating and production teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to build.

Responsibilities

Conduct in‑home consultations with homeowners

Gather project needs, scope, and design direction

Present solutions and guide homeowners through options

Collaborate with estimating team for project proposals

Communicate clearly throughout the sales process

Hand off approved projects to production with complete details

Performance Metrics

Total revenue generated

Close rate on qualified consultations

Compensation

Commission-based role

7% commission on sold projects

Estimated annual earnings vary based on performance and volume

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred (construction/home services a plus)

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Organized, self‑motivated, and consistent follow‑through

Comfortable in a performance‑based role
