Conference Room Technician

We’re looking for an experienced L3 IT Conference Room Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing and site services environment. This is a hands-on role supporting enterprise network infrastructure, plant floor systems, conference room technology, and day-to-day end-user operations.

The ideal candidate has strong Cisco networking experience, enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, and is comfortable working directly onsite in a production environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support infrastructure projects, resolve critical issues, and keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
• Provide Level 3 support for LAN/WAN, wireless, and infrastructure-related issues
• Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain Cisco networking environments including switches, routing, and wireless systems
• Support network hardware installations, upgrades, patching, and infrastructure refresh projects
• Manage IT infrastructure within server rooms and network cabinets
• Support conference room systems, meeting technology, and plant floor hardware
• Monitor and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting, POE, and connectivity issues
• Assist with server support including Windows Server administration, DNS, DHCP, file shares, and SCCM
• Work with vendors and remote teams to coordinate issue resolution and project execution
• Support critical manufacturing and plant floor systems with rapid response troubleshooting
• Document issues, perform root cause analysis, and help improve operational reliability

What We’re Looking For
• Strong Cisco LAN/WAN networking experience
• 3–5 years of experience providing Level 3 infrastructure or network support
• Experience with switches, cabling, server rooms, and infrastructure hardware
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting, and POE
• Experience troubleshooting xsgimln network and hardware issues in enterprise environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and operational teams
• Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing/shop floor environment

Nice to Have
• Experience supporting large enterprise or manufacturing environments
• Cisco Voice / VoIP experience
• Experience with packet capture tools such as Wireshark
• Knowledge of PLC, ANDON, or plant floor support systems
• Experience with conference room technology and end-user hardware support
• Familiarity with Windows Server administration and storage/backup systems
