Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced AV & Conference Room Technician to support and implement audio-visual solutions for conference and situation rooms. This role involves troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and ensuring seamless collaboration technologies.
Key Skills:
Hands-on experience with AV systems (Microsoft Surface Hub, PolyCom)
CTS Certification preferred
Expertise in Teams and Zoom platforms
Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
Familiarity with ITIL principles and ServiceNow
Project and vendor management experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
