Audio-Video/ Conference Room Administrator

Location:127 Public Square, Cleveland OhioPosition will provide support to complex large event productions including audio controls, video controls, encoders, and streaming services. The candidate will need to host, edit, and produce podcasts and record video productions. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills working with clients and peer team members. The candidate will participate in multiple projects and work closely with clients to ensure that systems requirements are fulfilled.Job Function and ResponsibilitiesSetup, test, and maintaining equipment used for videoconferencing integrated room systems and special custom projectsDesign and develop audio, video and data conferencing solutions using Audio, Video and UI components such as Crestron/AMX control systemsCreate and maintain system and documentation for testing and validation of equipmentWork in a team environment collaborativelySupport Executives and their Admins in meeting setup & planningTroubleshooting issues quickly and communicating to the clientsMaintain relevant and current knowledge and be a leader, within assigned technical fieldPrioritize work efforts and multitask in a very fast-paced environmentAll KeyBank employees are expected to demonstrate Key’s Values and abide by Key’s Code of ConductLift AV gear weighing approximately 40-50 lbs.Target Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experienceExperience producing and managing video shoots including camera controls, lighting and video editingExperience with video editing products such as Adobe After Effects and Creative CloudExperience hosting large live events using encoders such as OBS and WirecastExperience hosting events on enterprise platforms such as Zoom webinars and Vbrick and LivestreamExperience with video switchers and video routing capabilitiesExperience with video conference equipment troubleshooting and resolutionExperience with user requirements gathering and analysis for event planningStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a collaborative environment playing multiple roles with challenging deadlinesMust have a keen attention to detailPreferred Experience3+ years of relevant work experience in event production is preferredExperience with conferencing solutions such as Cisco Room kits, Polycom or Zoom roomsAbility to configure and program video switchers and audio board controllersAbility to create and design a video storyboardPhysical DemandsGeneral Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop.Must be able to lift AV gear weighing approximately 40-50 lbs.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $63,000.00 - $96,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
