DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area & Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive Convention Center is hiring a Marketing Manager.

We are looking for an ideal candidate with at least one year of experience as a Marketing Manager in a hotel environment. The role focuses on growing the digital presence through social media scheduling and content planning, attending networking events to promote the hotel complex, supporting internal departments with marketing collateral development, and collaborating with marketing influencers to drive positive exposure.

Pay Rate:

hourly role.

Shift Pattern:

Monday – Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm with occasional flexibility to support client engagement and marketing events.

What will I be doing?

Propose and implement hotel‑specific marketing strategies, including website maintenance, brand marketing, and social media

Monitor marketing trends, tools, and applications specific to the hotel industry and target markets

Measure and report the impact of marketing strategies

Work with Revenue Management to maximize potential of key marketing strategies, including third‑party websites

Generate and deliver monthly marketing analyses and updates to Sales and Revenue Management
