Responsibilities:
Master the Humantic AI product and the Buyer Intelligence segment.
Evangelise 'buyer intelligence' and educate customers on its benefits.
Pick up inbound leads that show high usage or purchase intent and guide them to closure.
Conduct demos and closing calls as necessary.
Be assertive and disciplined with follow-ups, ensuring no leads are dropped.
Maintain a high velocity in your sales approach, pushing deals forward with speed and efficiency.
Have the ability to generate your own pipeline as and when needed.
Contribute to refining and iterating sales processes, developing playbooks, and providing insights to leadership.
Follow sales processes with rigour and discipline, setting an example for other team members.
Requirements:
A proven track record of exceeding targets and achieving significant sales success.
2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 1 year in a closing role, selling to individual or SMB customers; OR a trailblazing track record, exceeding the goals quarter after quarter, as a BDR at another SaaS company for 2+ years.
Aggressiveness in follow-ups and maintaining a high-velocity sales approach.
Ability to customise pitches on the fly and build a scientific approach to sales.
A highly disciplined and structured approach (non-negotiable), along with hustle and determination.
Competitive nature with a history of overachieving quotas.
Passion for technology and software, and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed.
Experience with various tools, including CRM, SEP, conversational AI, and other sales AI tools.
Strong personal values and a dedication to client success.
Willingness to work USA hours, as our clients/prospects are based in this geography.
US Selling Experience: Preferred; candidates will get extra preference for this.
Alternative Experience: If lacking US selling experience, candidates must have sold to mid-market in the EMEA region.
Sales Skills: Must demonstrate good selling skills, transitioning from SMB to mid-market.
Prior knowledge or experience selling to salespeople.
Participation in competitive sports at a serious level in the past.
