Position Summary
This position will be responsible for supporting and actively contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies and business development objectives in alignment with Kraus-Anderson’s growth initiatives. As an experienced contributor, this role independently manages day-to-day marketing operations, CRM administration, and reporting functions that enable Marketing, Business Development, and Preconstruction teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Serves as a key resource and subject matter expert for the company’s CRM and marketing information systems, as well as the primary point person for tradeshows, conferences, and related marketing events. Through proactive coordination, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, the Coordinator II helps drive operational excellence, improve communication, and support successful pursuit and marketing outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Event Coordination
Plan and execute tradeshows, conferences, and client or internal events, managing vendors, logistics, budgets, materials, and on-site support
Oversee marketing operations including merchandise and inventory, travel and registrations, sponsorships, payments, and budget tracking to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
CRM Administration & Data Management (Unanet CRM)
Serve as primary CRM administrator, overseeing system configuration, data governance, workflows, user access, and ongoing enhancements
Maintain accurate client, pursuit, and project award data while aligning records with marketing closeout and Business Development processes
Provide user onboarding, training, documentation, and day-to-day support; recommend and implement process improvements to increase adoption and efficiency
Reporting & Analytics
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track pipeline, win rates, revenue trends, rankings, and KPIs
Deliver recurring and impromptu performance reporting, forecasting, and ROI analysis to support leadership decision-making
Translate CRM and marketing data into actionable insights and partner with business units to inform strategy and growth
Create marketing collateral, reports, presentations, and social media graphics using design tools while maintaining brand standards
Manage digital assets and image libraries through OpenAsset and leverage Microsoft 365 and Power BI to support collaboration, reporting, and communication
Marketing & Business Development Support
Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Preconstruction teams to support pursuits, campaigns, and strategic initiatives through research, data analysis, and coordination
Respond to internal stakeholder requests and track effectiveness of marketing and business development efforts to recommend improvements
Operational & Administrative Coordination
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and departmental logistics
Identify and implement efficiencies to improve processes, reduce manual work, and enhance team effectiveness

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
2+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills are essential
Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
Knowledge of the construction industry is helpful
Proficiency in CRM, Canva, presentation software, Microsoft Teams, and data visualization tools
Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office 365 – Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to collaborate and communicate within the marketing team or cross‑department environment
Must effectively and professionally interact with a variety of people and situations
Must have ability to multi‑task at a high level and maintain accuracy
Must have a sense of urgency and use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals and timelines
Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service to our Internal and External clients

Pay Range
$30.00 to $35.00 hourly, plus discretionary incentive program. Pay is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs.
