Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives.
  • Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive marketing projects and programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with a focus on credit card acquisition.
  • Deep expertise in credit card acquisition funnels, from awareness through conversion.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption for financial products and meeting goals in a test‑and‑learn environment.
  • Experience with segmentation, messaging, and positioning for financial products to drive conversion across various channels including email, checkout, and landing pages.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a personal standard for quality that consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Comfortable working at the intersection of data and creativity — equally at home in a spreadsheet and a creative brief.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with product, operations, engineering, bank partners, and legal in a highly regulated and matrixed environment.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Journey Optimizer a plus.
  • Fluency with AI tools to accelerate research, content development, competitive analysis, and campaign ideation.
