TL;DR - We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships to grow a team and build and scale Lovable’s relationships with top performance and tech agencies. You’ll grow Lovable’s footprint through trusted partnerships, co‑marketing, and enablement programs that drive adoption and revenue.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience leading agency partnerships, channel sales, or partner management in SaaS or AI
  • Strong understanding of marketing, creative tech, or performance ecosystems
  • Skilled relationship builder who can navigate agency networks and influence C-level leaders
  • Strategic thinker who can design joint GTM motions and translate value into business outcomes
  • Data‑driven operator who can track impact, forecast pipeline, and iterate for growth
  • Collaborative partner who works seamlessly across Sales, Marketing, and Product
  • Bonus: experience with AI‑native tools, creative automation, or PLG partner ecosystems

What you’ll do

  • Build and lead Lovable’s channel and partner ecosystem
  • Develop joint GTM strategies – from co‑marketing to co‑selling and training initiatives
  • Drive adoption and revenue through scalable enablement, certifications, and success programs
  • Run quarterly business reviews, forecast growth, and optimize partner performance
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align product updates, campaign launches, and partner playbooks
  • Represent Lovable at industry events and agency forums to expand our brand presence
  • Build systems, metrics, and narratives that make partnerships a growth engine
