Are you an expert in digital media strategy who knows how to drive measurable results for major brands? We are seeking a highly motivated Account Strategy Manager to lead end‑to‑end omnichannel advertising solutions for a prominent, high‑volume consumables brand within a premier retail media network ecosystem.

Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will act as a consultative partner blending high‑level strategic planning with tactical campaign execution. This role is ideal for a strong project manager who can confidently lead campaign activation, deliver data‑driven optimization insights, and drive incremental revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Media Planning: Build comprehensive media plan recommendations and data‑driven proposals aligned with brand marketing goals.

Campaign Stewardship: Lead campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting across managed‑service and self‑service channels.

Client & Team Accountability: Manage day‑to‑day client interactions with external advertisers/agencies, ensuring excellent follow‑through and cross‑functional collaboration.

Performance Insights: Regularly communicate campaign metrics, ROI, and actionable performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Revenue Growth: Confidently identify and present strategic upsell opportunities to drive account growth.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing digital media campaigns (Display, Video, Social, Search, and Programmatic).

Strategic Mindset: Proven experience building strategic media recommendations and handling performance optimizations.

Top‑Tier Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to command executive presence.

Accountability & Drive: Outstanding project management capabilities with a strong track record of ensuring cross‑team accountability.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint and familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI.
