Marketing Manager
at our
Wichita, KS
location. The Marketing Manager is responsible for development and execution of strategies and communications in alignment with corporate priorities, compliance, regulatory requirements, company culture, and brand. As part of the Corporate Marketing Department, the Marketing Manager leads marketing activations by coordinating with internal and external partners to create a wide range of marketing and communications deliverables.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Marketing Director and others to develop campaigns and programs aligned with corporate goals.
Establish positive relationships with executives, line of business leaders, and stakeholders; collaborate with managers to help formulate strategy and influence production.
Support the bank’s lines of business and markets, primarily focusing on private wealth line of business, in creating and implementing marketing strategies and deliverables.
Develop and manage marketing programs, including collateral, website content, social media, email marketing, and other marketing formats.
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, events, and advertising on an on-going basis.
Write copy and aid in creation of marketing collateral, advertisements, and assorted media.
Track marketing programs from inception to completion and provide analysis on ROI.
Manage marketing vendor projects and relationships as relevant.
Conduct market research as needed, through external or internal resources; track reports completed and analyze as needed.
Ensure brand communication is consistent with company and brand positioning.
Ensure all advertising and customer communications adhere to current compliance laws and regulations.
Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
Uphold Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.
Participate in the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act program.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience Preferred
College degree with Marketing, Business, English, or Journalism major or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of marketing experience in banking, private banking, investment management, wealth management, or a regulated sales industry preferred.
Past expertise in MarTech tools and data platforms (CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics dashboards, and social media tools).
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to organize, multi‑task, work independently on several projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to provide accurate work.
Skill in defining problems, collecting data and interpreting information.
Ability to read, interpret and apply compliance law and regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Working Conditions
The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds.
