Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Rate: $90 – $102/hr

Contract: ASAP Start | 3+ Months (Possible Extension)

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Downstream Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives focused on both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Healthcare Provider channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing professional with a strong background in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical marketing and a proven ability to drive revenue through social media and multi‑channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across DTC and provider channels with a strong emphasis on social media revenue generation

Lead downstream marketing support including sales enablement materials, product collateral, and customer/provider-focused messaging

Manage social media strategy including content planning, paid/organic campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community engagement

Drive multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, email, events, partnerships, and social platforms

Support product launches, commercialization efforts, and brand lifecycle management

Identify and manage influencer relationships for both consumer and healthcare professional audiences

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to strengthen product positioning and campaign performance

Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, medical, analytics, communications, and market access teams

Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI, engagement, lead generation, and revenue

Ensure all marketing activities align with healthcare regulations and brand compliance standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

5+ years of marketing experience within healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries

Experience within aesthetics or plastic surgery markets preferred

Strong expertise in digital marketing, paid social, analytics tools, and healthcare compliance requirements

Demonstrated success in brand management, downstream marketing, go-to-market strategy, and commercialization

Proven track record managing social media campaigns that directly impact revenue growth

Experience marketing to both healthcare professionals and end consumers

Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills
