Support finance operations and Project Fusion data migration initiatives, ensuring accurate accounting, reporting, and compliance across South Cluster Asia. Collaborate with regional teams to drive finance process improvements and system migration success.
Responsibilities
Support Project Fusion initiatives across finance pillars including OTC, PTM, STP, and RTR to enable seamless finance transformation
Extract, validate, reconcile, and document finance data during migration activities to ensure data integrity
Coordinate with Asia cluster finance teams to obtain required data and clarifications promptly for effective project execution
Support testing, track issues, and resolve finance system migration challenges to maintain operational continuity
Validate and consolidate South Cluster Asia BPC data to ensure accurate financial reporting
Process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices by verifying, posting, and reconciling vendor accounts to maintain payment accuracy
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) billing, coordinate collections, and reconcile customer accounts to optimize cash flow
Perform General Ledger (GL) postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial records
Prepare and support financial and management reports in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
Ensure accounting transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and accounting standards
Prepare and process payments via approved banking platforms, including payment checks and documentation follow-up to resolve discrepancies
Assist internal and external auditors by preparing audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents to facilitate audit processes
Support tax-related data preparation, analysis, and coordination with tax agents or advisors to ensure compliance
Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes to support regulatory requirements
Support period-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely financial closure
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to finance processes and Project Fusion to enhance operational efficiency
Perform ad-hoc accounting and reporting tasks as assigned to support finance team needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations
Strong working knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and end-to-end finance processes
Experience supporting finance transformation or system migration projects
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard finance systems
