Director - Emergency Services : A well-regarded healthcare facility in southern New Mexico is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Emergency Services to lead its Emergency Department operations. This position is ideal for a nurse leader passionate about driving quality initiatives, mentoring teams, and improving emergency care delivery in a community-focused setting. Location: Las Cruces, NM. Status: Full-Time, Exempt. Relocation: Partial assistance up to $10,000 available. Salary: To be discussed with a Bryant Staffing Solutions Recruiter. Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the operations of the Emergency Department including policy development, quality assurance, and team management.

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Manage departmental budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.

Mentor and develop nursing staff to support professional growth and high performance.

Champion quality initiatives and process improvements for patient care delivery.

Requirements

Active or eligible Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master’s (MSN, MBA, or Healthcare Administration) preferred.

Minimum of 7 years in healthcare, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Prior experience in a for-profit hospital setting strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success in building teams and implementing quality-focused initiatives.

Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS - required upon hire; TNCC - must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
