Join us as a Creative Services Leader and make a meaningful impact within Cardinal Health (CAH) and OptiFreight® Logistics. In this key role, you will enhance our content development processes by overseeing the people, technology, and operations that drive high-quality creative output. You'll serve as the backbone of our Creative Services model, managing everything from content intake to design execution, while ensuring alignment with brand standards.
The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration, possesses strong leadership skills, and is adept at managing both operations and creative projects. You will lead an offshore graphic design team to deliver timely and brand-compliant creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
People & Resource Management
Coordinate daily activities with our offshore graphic design resource, ensuring high‑quality and on‑brand deliverables.
Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, the Enterprise Brand team, and other relevant partners, fostering strong working relationships.
Guide the design team with constructive feedback and prioritization aligned with business objectives.
Facilitate onboarding, training, and process documentation for team members, enhancing smooth operations.
Process & Workflow Operations
Lead the scoping and intake process for creative requests, clarifying objectives, audiences, and deliverables.
Oversee the creative workflow from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality processes.
Refine and maintain Creative Services operating models, including service‑level expectations and quality control measures.
Promote alignment with CAH and OptiFreight® Logistics brand voice and regulatory standards in all creative assets.
Content & Creative Production
Consult with business partners to identify creative needs and recommend appropriate deliverables.
Support hands‑on content design and production across various assets, including presentations, infographics, and digital materials.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to create cohesive narratives across platforms.
Review & Quality Assurance
Establish and manage structured review cycles to streamline feedback and ensure brand consistency.
Conduct quality assurance at each stage of development to maintain excellence in messaging and visuals.
Technology & Systems Management
Manage Creative Services tools, maintaining efficient workflows and project management platforms.
Drive operational improvements through automation and refined processes.
Ensure organized documentation and storage of all creative assets in centralized libraries.
Documentation & Governance
Own the development and management of Creative Services documentation, templates, and best practices.
Curate asset libraries to guarantee teams have access to up‑to‑date, approved content sources.
Support governance initiatives to uphold brand standards across all outputs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field is preferred.
6+ years of experience in creative services, project management, or related fields.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or design review tools is advantageous.
Strong background in managing creative workflows and digital project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of brand standards, content design, and creative production workflows.
