About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the adoption of its advanced technology solutions for care coordination and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and will play a key role in improving workflows, productivity, and operational efficiency for care teams. This position requires a focus on proactive risk management, cost reduction, and readiness for value-based care models. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with leading, managing, and mentoring a team of Growth Managers, and will work closely with marketing on messaging, demand generation, and lead conversion.
Applicants must have 3-7 years' of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong preference for those with a background in healthcare SaaS. The role demands a proven track record in managing and scaling sales or growth teams, as well as the ability to close mid-market deals involving multiple stakeholders. Strong demo skills, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in fast-moving environments with a high level of ownership and experimentation are essential. Experience in selling to clinics, MSOs, or physician groups is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with strong organizational and pipeline-management skills, and will be adept at translating complex workflows into clear ROI for clients.
