Job Title
General administrative support duties for MBD, including, but not limited to:
Meeting arrangement and setup (i.e., weekly, monthly department meetings, department events/offsite meetings)
Purchase requisition submission and tracking (track from approval to PO dispatch to vendor invoicing; reconcile POs with actual expenditures)
Invoice receipt and payment confirmation
Monthly accrual preparation and submission
New Hire Setup/Preparation (for new TMs & VWF; account/PC/CAD machine setup, applications access, update & distribution of org/seating charts, etc.)
Travel arrangements
Visitor Preparation (i.e., CAD/CAE account setup, guest Wi-Fi, visitor badge requests for visitors from Affiliates and Vendors)
Travel Arrangement for Visitors and need to understand basic Japanese in order to communicate with visitors
