Full-Time | Onsite | 1601 Riverfront Dr Ste 103, Grand Junction, CO 81501

$24-$28 per hour | Reports to Head of Marketing & Revenue | Must be able to lift min 50 lbs, walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time, and navigate stairs | non-exempt |

M-F 8am-5pm (variable) with some evening events

About Your Role
The Video & Media Producer is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports the company’s marketing strategy and brand presence. This role focuses on filming, editing, posting, and otherwise producing video and media assets for property marketing, company branding, agent promotion, and community storytelling. The Video & Media Producer works closely with the Head of Marketing & Revenue, as well as the Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop engaging content that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

What You’ll Do
Video Production

Work with Agents, Listing Coordinator, and other media team to execute standard and specialized 90- day listing marketing campaigns

Work with Agents, Building & Development Coordinator, and other media team to execute subdivision and new construction marketing campaigns

Assist with additional Agent content on an as needed / as able basis

Execute scheduled company marketing videos and campaigns including educational content, community and lifestyle videos, and behind the scenes content

Assist with Podcast & Filming Day content and execution

Editing & Media Creation

Edit long-form videos from YouTube for other media distribution and marketing campaigns

Maintain high visual production standards across all content

Master available editing, AI, and scheduling tools

Utilize tools to assist with other content creation / content conversion from existing videos

Content Planning

Coordinate filming schedules with agents and marketing team

Assist in planning video content calendars

Identify new opportunities for video storytelling

Media Asset Management

Organize and maintain media library and video assets

Ensure proper storage and accessibility of footage

Manage project timelines and editing workflows

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, Communications, Business, Film, or related field preferred)

2+ years of experience in marketing or film production

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong skills in creative writing, sales writing, and script creation

Strong skills in planning and scheduling

Project management skills

Working knowledge of office equipment

Google Suite proficiency

Smart phone access & proficiency with text messaging

Capable of handling confidential information with professionalism

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Desired Additional Skills

Experience producing real estate marketing videos

Knowledge of social media video trends

Basic graphic design skills

Drone videography experience

Real estate industry knowledge

Multilingual (English/Spanish)
