About the role:
Respondology is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to own the visual execution of our brand across every touchpoint, from our website and social channels to sales collateral and core brand assets.

This is a great role for a mid-career designer who wants to do meaningful, visible work inside a fast-moving company. You'll sit within a broader design function that spans product design, with your primary focus on marketing. That means real ownership over how our brand shows up day to day, building and maintaining the design systems that help the whole team move faster, and translating complex product value into visuals that resonate with some of the world's biggest brands and creators.

You’ll work closely with Marketing and Growth, with enough room to bring your own creative sensibility to the work, not just fill requests. This is a hybrid role located and you must be willing and excited to collaborate in person in Boulder, CO two days per week.

A systems thinker who builds scalable frameworks, templates, and guidelines that empower the entire team to produce high-quality content at speed.

A meticulous eye for detail and a deep commitment to brand consistency, ensuring every pixel aligns with the Respondology voice and mission.

Able to speak the language of both marketing and product, comfortably bridging the gap between external brand perception and internal UI/UX.

Deeply familiar with the nuances of social media platforms and how to design effectively for organic, paid, and creator ecosystems.

An AI-native designer who uses AI-powered tools to accelerate your workflow, from asset generation to rapid prototyping and documentation.

A self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, manage your own priorities, and proactively identify ways to improve our visual communication.

A Day in the Life:

Create marketing design assets across our website, social media channels, brand assets, and sales collateral.

Build and maintain a bank of reusable design templates to enable rapid-scale production across Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams.

Collaborate with the Product Design team to ensure brand consistency between our marketing presence and the product UI.

Serve as the maintainer of our marketing brand guidelines, evolving them as the company grows.

Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency, campaign impact, and operational needs.

Audit existing marketing materials for alignment with current guidelines and identify areas for visual improvement or modernization.

Identify recurring design needs and suggest process or tooling improvements to make the creative request workflow more efficient.

Communicate clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders on project status, creative direction, and design logic.

Here’s what you need to get our attention:

2-4 years of experience in a graphic design or visual design role within a B2B SaaS environment or a fast-paced creative agency.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent work experience. We care more about your portfolio and your ability to do the job than a four-year degree. Please include a link to your portfolio in your application.

Ability and willingness to collaborate in-person an average of two days per week in Boulder office.

Demonstrated ability to create cohesive brand identities across digital platforms (Web, Social, PDF, and Digital Ads).

Here’s what will make us call you, for sure:

Prior experience designing for social media management tools, marketing tech, or AI-powered products where complex data needs to be visualized simply.

Experience building and documenting brand guidelines and component-based design templates (e.g., in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite).

Hands‑on experience using AI-powered tools to improve day‑to‑day creative efficiency and production.

A solution‑oriented mindset that looks for ways to reduce friction for other teams through "self‑serve" design assets.

Compensation:
$65,000-$85,000 DOE + bonus

Location:
This is a hybrid position based in Boulder, CO, with team members in the office 2–3 days per week.
