InProduction is the leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the U.S. live events industry. The company partners with event organizers throughout the entire venue transformation process, offering design and fabrication, delivery and installation, on‑site execution, and tear‑down services across golf, motorsports, music festivals, sports & entertainment, and corporate events.
What You’ll Do
Daily routine of scaffolding structures at professional venues such as football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks.
Assigned to crews of no more than five employees, traveling together from job to job.
Full‑time, consistent, year‑round work with predictable assignments.
Primarily outdoor work, building in sun and fresh air.
Overnight travel routine, away from home for 90+ days at a time.
Travel accommodations and hotel lodging arranged and provided; two crew members share a room, typically with a small kitchen.
Opportunities to grow construction skills toward roles such as Crew Lead, Foreman, or Project Manager.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Build and break down scaffolds, install ladders, walkways, and handrails.
Assist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment per project plans.
Inspect all scaffold components before assembly.
Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and materials.
Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles.
Study plans and equipment lists prior to on‑site installation.
Ensure appropriate safety measures, including wearing and using safety equipment.
Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting or dismantling scaffolds.
Keep tools and equipment clean and properly maintained at shift end.
Ensure client satisfaction regarding service quality and finished product within scheduled timelines.
Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
Background check and drug screening required.
Valid driver’s license preferred with a good driving record.
Familiar with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc.
Comfortable working at heights.
Creative problem‑solving skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Capable of working independently and within a team to achieve company goals.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Candidate should read and understand basic safety instructions.
Prior experience in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, laboring, or events preferred.
Must be capable of working overtime.
Preferred but not required: bilingual (English/Spanish).
