Digital Channel Strategy Execution Lead

Responsibilities
This role will support the buildout of a robust Business Risk program focused on effective management of digital process, risk, and controls. The focus will be on business process documentation, procedure development, issue/problem management, and ensuring ongoing adherence to enterprise and regulatory requirements.

Must Have
8+ years of experience in roles with increasing responsibility, including digital product management, business risk management, or business consulting
Business Process Management (BPM)
Requirement and Gap analysis
Procedure development and documentation
Ability to think critically and strategically, multi‑task, and drive change
Strong organizational and planning skills
Working knowledge of commercial and corporate banking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word)
Analytical skills; proficiency in leveraging data to measure business and channel performance, discover insights, and drive fact‑based decision‑making (Excel, Tableau)
Strong cross‑functional collaboration & facilitation skills; ability to design, structure, and lead productive working sessions to develop viable plans
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge / training in agile software delivery & portfolio management
Preferred
Financial industry experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Risk Control Self‑Assessment experience
Digital Product Developer / Product Owner experience
Familiarity with digital standards, including ADA, browser/OS/device standards, regulatory requirements, etc.
Experience building governance and oversight programs to educate, enable, track, and ensure compliance to standards
