Overview
Oakley Courts Assisted Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator responsible for building referral source relationships in hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations within the community. You will work to build and grow census and quality mix by developing the market, collaborating with acute care and other referral sources, and providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with information and assistance.

Responsibilities

Build referral source relationships in hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations.

Develop market strategies to grow census and quality mix.

Collaborate with acute care and other referral sources to provide information and assistance to prospective residents or responsible parties.

Qualifications

Fire and passion for working with seniors.

Flexible, energetic personality.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or related business field preferred.

Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting required.

Excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning.

Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting.

Self-confident, enthusiastic, assertive, and goal-oriented.

Team player with ability to establish internal and external working relationships.

Professional image in appearance and behavior.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
