IDM Brands is supporting the search for an Editorial Director who will take full responsibility for a well-established media organization's editorial direction and drive its content strategy forward.
This fully remote role is suited to a hands-on editorial operator who leads from the front, partners closely with senior leadership, and brings strong creative instincts together with a practical understanding of AI tools to produce high-quality content efficiently and at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the final decision-maker for all published content.
Collaborate with senior leadership on online presence and content strategy.
Cultivate and maintain a broad network of subject-matter experts, writers, policymakers, and other contributors to strengthen credibility and output.
Lead and manage all editorial staff and content workflows across digital and print platforms.
Expand the organization's investigative reporting capacity and develop long-form feature content.
Own and manage the editorial budget in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
