We’re looking for someone who already shoots real estate media and genuinely knows what they’re doing behind the camera.

Someone who can confidently walk into a property, capture clean professional content, communicate well with agents/homeowners, and operate independently without needing constant direction.

This is a great opportunity for a real estate photographer and videographer looking for more consistent work with a growing media company in the Port St. Lucie area.

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Real Estate Photographer / Videographer to support a fast-growing media company serving residential real estate clients throughout the area.

This is a field-based role where you’ll travel locally to properties capturing listing photos, video content, aerials, and other media services depending on the project.

We already have the systems and client flow in place, we just need the right person behind the camera.

What You’ll Do

Travel locally to residential shoots
Capture high-quality interior & exterior listing photography
Film walkthrough videos and social/lifestyle content as needed
Create a polished, professional client experience on-site
Upload media after each shoot (no editing required)
Take on additional services like drone and Zillow tours over time

Typical workload:
2-4 properties per day

Schedule & Availability

Part-time to start (15-20 hours/week)
Must be available at least 3 weekdays Monday-Friday
Most shoots occur between 9am-5pm
Opportunity for increased volume as the company grows
Reliable vehicle required

Compensation

This is a project-based 1099 contractor role.

Typical compensation:

Photos Only: $100/property
Photos + Aerials: $125/property
Full Package (Photos + Aerials + Zillow Tour): $150/property

What We’re Looking For

Prior real estate photography experience REQUIRED
Strong understanding of shooting interiors, composition, and lighting
Portfolio or social media showcasing real estate media work
Comfortable working independently
Professional and confident with clients
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Comfortable driving locally between shoots

Bonus Points For

FAA Part 107 drone license
Video walkthrough experience
Zillow 3D Tour or Matterport experience
Social/reel style content creation
