Art Director, Social Media
Location:

Dallas, TX (Onsite Monday-Thursday; Remote Friday)

Compensation & Schedule
* $30-$32/hr
* Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
* Can work on W2
*1+ year of temporary assignment
* Interviews: 30-minute virtual team interview

Role Impact
As a Social Media Art Director, you will help bring the brand to life across global and market social channels. You'll create engaging, on-trend content that builds awareness and connects with audiences. Success in this role means delivering strong visual storytelling that performs well across platforms and supports campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Create and design social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube (organic and paid).
* Support photo and video shoots 2-3 days per week, including planning and on-set art direction.
* Work closely with copywriters, designers, videographers, and strategists to develop campaign content.
* Help develop social playbooks, templates, and visual guidelines.
* Stay current on social media trends and suggest fresh, relevant content ideas.

Minimum Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience creating social media content (5 years maximum).
* Strong portfolio showing social, static, and video work.
* Bachelor's degree (4-year degree required).
* Equipment & Work Environment
* Adobe Creative Suite required (After Effects and Premiere a plus).
* Fast-paced, collaborative creative team environment.
* Hybrid schedule: in-office Monday-Thursday at the Mary Kay Building; remote on Fridays.

Preferred Skills
* Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or social-first brands.
* Basic understanding of photo and video production.
* Passion for social media trends, storytelling, and creative collaboration.
