Position Overview
Seeking a creative thinker and visual storyteller to support the development of engaging content across global and regional social media channels. This role combines conceptual thinking, design execution, and trend awareness to help drive brand engagement across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with creative teams, videographers, photographers, copywriters, and strategists to produce social-first content that connects with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Help develop and execute social-first creative across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Design platform-specific assets for both organic and paid social campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to concept and execute content aligned with campaign objectives
Support art direction for social photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning and on-set coordination
Partner with editors, designers, and writers to ensure cohesive storytelling and strong visual execution
Contribute ideas, visual directions, and templates for social playbooks and campaign toolkits
Stay current on social trends, emerging formats, and cultural moments to inspire relevant content ideas
Ensure all creative aligns with platform best practices, audience behavior, and brand standards
Collaborate with creators and influencers to develop authentic social content
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Core Competencies
Ability to translate creative direction into engaging platform-native content
Understanding of current social media trends and content formats
Strong eye for composition, styling, and visual design
Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating across teams
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Interest in both polished brand content and lo-fi/social-native creative
Awareness of cultural trends and how to apply them to social storytelling
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in design, art direction, or social creative production
Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling across static, video, and social formats
Familiarity with social content production workflows
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
Passion for beauty, lifestyle, storytelling, and social content creation
