Job DescriptionJob DescriptionArt Director - Marketing, Social MediaPay Rate: $30-34/hr.Addison, TX - Onsite Monday-Thursday, Remote FridayContract, 18 monthsOverviewSeeking a creative thinker and visual storyteller to support the development of engaging content across global and market-specific social media platforms. This role blends concepting, design execution, and trend awareness to drive brand engagement across channels. Will collaborate closely with creative teams to produce social-first content that connects with diverse audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the creative development and execution of social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTubeDesign and develop platform-specific assets for both organic and paid social campaignsPartner with cross-functional teams to concept and execute content aligned with campaign objectivesSupport art direction for photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning and on-set assistanceCollaborate with designers, editors, and copywriters to ensure cohesive visual storytellingAssist in creating social playbooks, including templates and visual directionStay current on platform trends, formats, and cultural moments, applying insights to content creationEnsure all creative aligns with brand standards and platform best practicesSupport creator and influencer collaborations to develop authentic contentContribute to a collaborative, feedback-driven team environmentMust Have QualificationsPortfolio showcasing relevant creative work1-2 years of social media content creation experience (maximum 5 years total experience)Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTubeProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to support and participate in shoots 2-3 days per weekBachelor's degree (4-year)Preferred QualificationsBackground in design or art direction, ideally in a social-first, beauty, or lifestyle environmentExperience with photo/video production processesFamiliarity with motion or video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behaviorStrong design eye for composition, styling, and visual storytellingAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentOpen to feedback with a collaborative mindsetInterest in both polished and lo-fi/social-native content stylesPassion for storytelling and digital content creationPay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hourSearch managed by: Grayson Wilkes Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
