Essential Functions
- Brand Positioning: Own the narrative and go‑to‑market strategy for Dodge Construction Network, defining how the market engages with construction intelligence.
- Develop messaging that speaks to key audiences in construction, including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development professionals.
- Build a messaging framework that maintains consistency across demand generation, content, and sales enablement.
- Create a compelling visual identity that reflects our industry leadership while managing a team of two designers.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure we meet our brand promise at every stage of the customer journey.
Thought Leadership & Content
- Implement a systematic approach to identify engaging topics and thought leaders to produce valuable content for our key personas.
- Set measurable goals to facilitate the active engagement of our thought leaders within relevant communities.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and AI search, working closely with Performance Marketing to drive traffic and leads.
- Align with the Events and Sales teams to strategically position our thought leaders at external engagements.
Community Engagement and Influencer Relations
- Collaborate with Customer Success to create advocacy programs that enhance brand perception through customer success stories.
- Foster engagement with key advocates and position them meaningfully in relevant discussions.
- Identify and engage with key online communities and discussions, inserting our thought leaders to share insights.
- Develop beneficial partnerships with industry influencers that showcase how Dodge solves challenges for our target personas.
- Oversee our organic social media strategy and content calendar, measuring effectiveness regularly.
Social Proof
- Establish initiatives that enhance our visibility and credibility through ratings and industry recognition.
- Create compelling case studies that highlight our strengths and differentiate our offerings.
- Generate impactful claims that showcase the value of our solutions.
Measurement & Impact
- Set clear KPIs to track brand team effectiveness and ensure accountability.
- Utilize data and insights to refine our brand approach continuously.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 5+ years in brand marketing leadership roles, preferably in a data‑driven SaaS or technology setting.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling brand narratives.
- Deep understanding of competitive positioning and effective messaging techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively with data teams to inform marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for influencing stakeholders and motivating teams.
