The Company is seeking a Vice President for Digital Strategy and Engagement to play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's digital, creative, and engagement capabilities within a medical affairs portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and expanding the impact of digital and creative services. This leadership position demands a strategic approach to translating complex scientific content into engaging, insight-driven solutions that deliver measurable value. The VP will also be at the forefront of defining and evolving the company's creative and digital direction, with a focus on scaling innovation through AI-enabled processes and modern engagement approaches.

Key responsibilities for the role include acting as a senior partner to clients, shaping digital engagement strategies, and contributing to new business efforts. The VP will be expected to set the direction for digital and creative strategy, advance modern engagement approaches, and stay ahead of trends in healthcare communications and AI-driven content development. Additionally, the role involves driving the integration of AI and automation into content development and delivery workflows, ensuring creative, experience, and content excellence, and optimizing operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 10 years' of experience in a related field, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and operating within global delivery structures.
