The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and expanding the impact of digital and creative services. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex scientific content into engaging, insight-driven solutions, and who is adept at fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure the seamless integration of data, creativity, and scientific expertise. The VP will also be at the forefront of defining and evolving the organization's digital and creative direction, with a focus on scaling innovation through AI-enabled processes and modern engagement approaches.
