Job Title : Production Engineering Manager

About the Role
In this position you will help the St. Louis site grow and support all programs to ensure we are resourced for success. You will also support our Production Engineering Homeroom Team with core duties and communications. This is a high‑visibility role with opportunities to shape our future.
Position Responsibilities
Support all Production Engineering staffing for the Boeing St. Louis Region.
Primary point of contact for Air Dominance Production Engineering (ADPE).
Provide executive support for ADPE Homeroom strategy and communications.
Assist analyst activities for Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool & Equipment Engineering, and Liaison Engineering skill sets.
Support ADPE CAM to Integrator.
Support ADPE capital and expense planning to Integrator.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
1+ year of experience leading or managing engineering teams.
Experience with Adaptive Planning.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Boing Virtual Cube.
CAM experience.
Experience creating and communicating performance metrics to executive leaders.
Experience with capital and/or expense planning.
Relocation
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.
Pay & Benefits
Pay range: $141,100 – $190,900, based on experience and qualifications.
Benefits include a 401(k) plan with a dollar‑for‑dollar match of up to 10% of eligible pay with 100% vesting, a student loan match program, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, and various paid and unpaid leave programs.
Compliance
U.S. Person required for export control compliance (U.S. Citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee or asylee).
Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; an interim or final Top Secret clearance post‑start is required.
