About the Role

We are seeking a Production Engineering Manager located in Berkeley, MO, to support the St. Louis site growth and ensure we are resourced for success with the highest caliber talent. This high visibility role will support the Production Engineering Homeroom Team with core duties and communications.
Position Responsibilities

Support all Production Engineering staffing for the Boeing St. Louis Region.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Air Dominance Production Engineering (ADPE).
Provide general executive support for ADPE Homeroom strategy and communications.
Support analyst activities for Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool & Equipment Engineering, and Liaison Engineering skill sets.
Provide ADPE CAM support to Integrator.
Provide ADPE Capital and Expense support to Integrator.
Basic Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
1+ year of leading or managing engineering teams.
Experience with Adaptive Planning.
Experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Boeing Virtual Cube CAM.
Experience creating and/or communicating performance metrics to executive leaders.
Experience with capital and/or expense planning.

Relocation

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.
Eligible Candidates

Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to meet U.S. export control compliance.
Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, including an interim or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance post‑start.
Security clearance requirements also specify U.S. citizenship.
