Hiring: Business Relationship Manager (Field-Based Sales) – Lewisville, TX
We’re looking for a driven Business Relationship Manager to join a growing financial institution team in Lewisville, TX. This is a high-impact, field-based business development role focused on expanding new business relationships and driving core deposit growth.
What you’ll do:
Build and grow new business banking relationships in a new territory
Drive 70%+ outbound prospecting (cold calling + networking)
Partner with local businesses and employer groups to expand membership
Attend community events, chamber meetings, and networking opportunities
Deliver presentations and represent the organization in the field
Manage and grow a strong pipeline using CRM tools
What we’re looking for:
3–5+ years in business banking, B2B sales, or relationship management
Strong background in business development and outbound prospecting
Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions preferred
Proven ability to build partnerships and generate new business
Self-starter with strong communication and networking skills
Comfortable in a performance-driven, field-based role
